咖啡豆來自泰國北部清萊高原,好山好水。 山區苗族族人只會小批量生產,放置在距離地面1米的竹木板上進行天然日曬,以確保及保存純正的咖啡香氣。 與大量產作的咖啡公司不同,因為大量的咖啡豆,他們需要在地面上日曬咖啡。
The coffee bean comes from the north of Thailand city, Chiang Rai Highland. The Miao minority nationality works day after day, take good care of every coffee tree and make every coffee cherry grow strong. They makes a small batch and sun dry the coffee bean on the bamboo wooden sheets 1 metre above the ground which will protect and keep pure coffee aroma. It is different from the mass coffee company that they need to dry coffee on the ground because of huge lot of coffee bean.
